We use your information to provide and improve Neyy AI services, respond to support requests, send service-related communications, and display analytics to you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Visitor Data

When visitors interact with your chatbot, we collect their IP address, device type, and browser information to enable per-device conversation memory and analytics. This data is used to restore chat history when the same device visits again. Detailed visitor info is only accessible to Pro plan users.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. We implement industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@neyy.online. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
