The free plan has no charges. No refunds are applicable.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in the current month.
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for annual subscriptions. You will retain Pro access until the end of the annual period.
If you experience a billing error or were charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund if an error is confirmed.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.
