How do I set up my chatbot?

Click "Start setup" on the dashboard. Follow the wizard - it takes about 3 minutes.

Why is my chatbot not responding?

Check your Supabase and AI API keys in .env.local. Also check your credit balance on the Overview page.

Can I change my username?

Username changes are handled manually. Email us at info@neyy.online.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Billing, choose monthly or yearly, then continue to Stripe checkout.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Dashboard -> Settings -> Billing. Pro access continues until your billing period ends.

My visitors lose chat history - why?

Chat history is stored per device using IP address. If a visitor switches networks or uses a VPN, they may lose previous messages.
