Your chatbot responses are generated by AI based on information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the knowledge you add. Neyy AI is not liable for incorrect AI responses.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By using Neyy AI, you grant us a license to store and process this content solely to provide our services.
Pro plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Neyy AI is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Neyy AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
